Patient Experience
A streamlined workflow enabling users to schedule appointments for multiple patients simultaneously, while seamlessly facilitating charting and encounter creation for the group visit.
A patient messaging tool, available as a sidebar throughout the product, with patient channels to enhance communication between the practice and patients.
Enabled prospective patients to submit their information, schedule appointments, and gain access to the patient portal, all without requiring input from practice staff.
Patient Portal Enrollment
A streamlined process for adding patients, featuring SMS-based registration via the patient portal. Additionally, enhancements to the tool enable seamless sending of intake and consent forms directly to the patient portal for easy completion.
FHIR API Dashboard
A newly integrated dashboard within the patient portal, allowing patients to easily access the SMART APP gallery and seamlessly transfer their data to the app of their choice using FHIR API's.
Intake Form UI Enhancements
Updated the UI of intake forms to enhance usability, incorporating patient details directly on the form to streamline the process for providers.
Patient Portal Encounter View
Introduced a dedicated section in the patient portal for patients to view their encounters. Additionally, implemented rules in the EHR allowing providers to hide encounters from patients when they fall under information blocking exceptions.
USCDI v1 and Interoperability
Upgraded the patient portal’s data inputs and CCD to USCDI v1 standards. Established seamless integration between the patient portal and the EHR, ensuring that patient data is automatically transferred from the portal to the EHR.
Provider Experience
Implemented a new homepage dashboard featuring customizable widgets for providers, enabling quick access to their appointments, prescriptions, and daily to-do list.
Integrated a superbill directly into the EHR, seamlessly linked to the encounter. Codes automatically sync from the selected encounter, and the superbill is exportable for easy sharing with patients or the provider’s billing team.
Developed an audit tool that enables practices to configure mandatory questions for providers, ensuring they answer them before adding a specific CPT code to an encounter.
Provider Tasks
Implemented a tasking module that allows providers to create, assign, track, and manage tasks for themselves and other practice members.
Multiple Locations, One Login
Streamlined provider access with a single login to manage all of their locations, featuring a convenient toolbar for seamless location switching. Additionally, updated the UI/UX for adding staff users and empowered users to easily add and manage their locations within the system.
Intake Form UI Enhancements
Made a change that enables providers to use a single e-prescribing token across all locations, eliminating the need for separate tokens per location.

Enhanced our clinical decision support tool by adding a custom rule creator, providing greater flexibility and tailored decision-making capabilities.

Regulatory Reports
Managed and updated the MIPS and CQM reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date compliance tracking.
