As the leader of RXNT’s Agile patient, clinical, and regulatory product team, I established the company’s first AI team and took ownership of product lifecycle management for FHIR APIs and clinical AI adoption, significantly enhancing interoperability. I managed third-party integrations for labs, immunizations, and eRx, ensuring smooth patient intake, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve clinical workflows and the overall patient-provider experience. Utilizing Pendo analytics, I made data-driven decisions to drive growth and retention, while partnering with a product designer to create customer-centric features based on user research and competitive insights. I leveraged JIRA and Confluence for roadmap prioritization and backlog management, and participated in weekly leadership meetings to align business processes and product direction. Additionally, I worked with marketing to refine product messaging, created user-facing documentation to support feature adoption, and conducted user testing to validate new and existing features.
